Cepoa Numb Spray

Cepoa is an Anesthetic spray designed for fast-acting pain relief during pain sensitive procedures, including but not limited to tattoo, piercing, and permanent makeup procedures. Active ingredient, Lidocaine, works with epinephrine to constrict the blood vessels to reduce swelling and bleeding. Apply sparingly to affected area. Wait until numbing (Cepoa) effect occurs. Not recommended for eyeliner procedures. You may reapply as needed to continue CEPOA effect.

Cepoa is safe for use during procedures on open or broken skin, except for eyeliner. 

Apply LIGHT mist over tattoo area and let sit from 1-10 minutes for optimal affect. DO NOT OVER APPLY SPRAY TO AN OPEN AREA.
